FGS Recruitment started life in 2008 with a commitment to a 'new way' of recruiting. As a result, they source the very best candidates within specialist core markets of Technology, Online Media, Learning & Development and Market Research & Data.
FGS required a brand that better reflects its values. The overall goal for the collaboration with us was to develop a brand that the FGS team could feel as proud of as they do about the business they have built. On their wish list were characters and immersive full bleed imagery.
They also wanted a more candidate-focused website with a simple CV submission process, featuring photographs of the team to convey a more personal approach.

Their branding wish was our command and we had fun generating some graphical characters that can be used across the site and all marketing campaigns. These quirky people and objects reflect the fun personality of the team and help to convey their personal approach. The site is responsive for those who are always on the go and features a candidate CV drop and easy log in and register system along with a job board that can be refined.
