Every four years the Olympics sprints towards us and we all seem to agree it was only yesterday that we had the last one. As they say, time does fly when you are having fun.
As part of our creative calendar this month we ask you to predict the final medal count of Great Britain’s team as they compete on the world stage in over 306 events spread over 19 days of sporting action.
To give you a helping hand, we have looked back over the last four Olympics to see exactly what our proud Olympians brought back to our shores, and as you can see we have been experiencing a huge winning streak since the turn of the millennium.

If we take a look at the BBC sports website, they predict Team GB could bag a total of 79 medals, but they do add a caveat stating that there is "no absolute method" of forecasting a nation's likely medal haul.
